Aerobic Dancing is a sport that combines both the health and body shaping benefits of jogging with the fun of dancing. While the program has a lot of dancing combined into it, the program is also designed so that non-dancers will be able to keep up and enjoy the class. Students will feel like they are dancing while exercising their bodies and strengthening their cardiovascular systems. This is a class that is fun and enjoyable for both men and women.

Ms. Ling Wang is a very famous artist of the dance who was born in Shanghai , China , As a well rounded dancer with solid techniques she has danced the leading roles in large-scale Dance Dramas such as Flying to the Moon (奔月), Half-Screen Mountain (半屏山), and The Phoenix Cries on the Mountain (凤鸣歧山). She is chosen as a famous artist of the dance from all over the world on pedia. Ms. Ling Wang has also acted in movies and TV drama series, making her a versatile performing artist. Since relocating to U.S.A. in 1988, she has devoted herself to teaching Chinese classical dance and is a well known Chinese Classical Dance Teacher in the Bay area.
著名舞蹈家王苓华生于中国上海,她的出色成就亦使她入选世界维基百科全书当代艺术家名人词典。她曾多次代表中国优秀艺术家进行国际文化交流. 她的舞艺精湛，在多出著名大型舞剧, 如《奔月》，《半屏山》，《凤鸣歧山》等中担任主角。她在西游记中扮演*杏仙*，在2009年的全世界网上评比中被评为中国中央电视台**西游记**中的第一美女. 深受西游记影迷们的高度评价。她以多才多艺集于一身而闻名于演艺界。她自1988年旅居美国，在湾区创立了舞蹈班，教授孩童和成人舞蹈艺术，目前是湾区著名的中国古典舞教师。.她是一个充满爱心的母亲，有两个可爱的男孩。除了繁忙的工作和家务外，王老师热心积极参与各种社会公益和赈灾义演活动。

CACC Adult Basketball is a rigorous and exciting class, as well as a great opportunity for adults to meet new people, exercise, and work on developing their basketball skills. This is a self-managed program. During the school basketball season from late Nov. to late Feb., the class will have to end at 10:45am.

Adult Chinese Dance (成人舞蹈) |

Adult Dance is focused on learning the basic techniques of Chinese folk and classical dance. The 50-minute class mainly consists of two parts: 1) warm-up and basic positions/movements training, and 2) learning choreographed dances. 成人舞蹈课的宗旨是让爱好舞蹈的朋友们，可以跟着优美的音乐，通过舒展的舞姿，放松身心，怡情养性，并且在学习的过程中，增加对中国舞蹈艺术的了解和感悟， 同时也增进彼此间的互动和友谊。无需基础，您将会在零污染的音乐空间中释放找寻自己，跟我一起来舞吧，你会发现原来我们可以做到如此之好。

Adult Volley Ball (成人排球) |
|
Adult Volleyball class is for both men and women aged 18 and above. It is a rigorous and exciting class, providing a great opportunity for adults to meet new people, exercise, and work on developing their volleyball skills. This is a self-managed program.
The time will be from 12 to 12:50 p.m. on Sundays of the school days except for the period from beginning of November to mid February, and a Sunday in March, when the gym is planned to be used by other organizations. The tuition for the class is $70 for about 20 weeks instead of 31 weeks.

摄影艺术课程
以普及摄影艺术知识，提高摄影艺术水平为目的。摄影课程将安排有《器材的选择和运用》介绍各种镜头的拍摄效果和实际操作，及众多设备的选择。《摄影作品的美学原理》具体讲解一张作品的产生过程，解释作品中艺术和技术的关系，解释其中摄影构图，光线的运用，色彩的作用在作品中产生的艺术效果。和《摄影作品的拍摄与制作》介绍在摄影前的技术准备，及拍摄时主题与主体的选择，其中包括风光摄影，人物摄影，静物与小品摄影。后期制作介绍传统胶片与数码技术的制作。
摄影艺术课的授课形式将是互动的，力求深入浅出地讲授摄影中技术与艺术的关系，以及具体的技术操作，和摄影美学的运用。力求创造和谐的学习氛围，有利摄影水平和艺术修养的提高.
